About us -
Monteverde Waterfall, also known in Spanish as Catarata Los Murciélagos, was made by Mother Nature on the LaVal-Wallace farm here in beautiful Monteverde. Kelly LaVal Wallace, a native-born Costa Rican and the third generation owner of the farm, finished renovating a preexisting rustic trail and constructing a new reception building in February of 2018.
Kelly is the granddaughter of one of the early Quaker families that settled in Monteverde many years ago.

>Monteverde Waterfall is open daily, 9 to 5. Price for visitors only $6 each. Small children free.
